Sustainable Supper & Soirée
For our first-ever fundraiser dinner, we teamed up with local chefs Nikko Cagalanan (of Kultura Restaurant) and Louise Rakers (of Nordic Cooking) to serve up a delicious 5-course vegan meal sourced locally from organic farm Spade and Clover. This event helped to highlight the importance of food systems in fighting for a livable climate.
Along with live musical performances from Aliza Novella and Post-Life Crisis, this fundraiser allowed like-minded individuals to share their passions for climate action, sustainability, and environmental justice.
